Jesus I've never seen more salt over someone's OP busted off the rails 100% pickrate merc main being nerfed to being actually vulnerable before.
Devs have said "We don't want any class outperforming all others."
Devs have said "We don't want hard counters."
Devs have said "5v5 is the dream format for Ranked." (I personally have been shouting for 6v6 Ranked since my first forum post ever, it's not gonna happen)
Devs have said "We will balance with telemetry and player input."
Devs have said "Execution is gone."
Devs have said "We'll look into custom servers after release."
If you don't like it then this isn't the game for you. They aren't going to make Legacy servers because you liked the Fragger/Aura/(Aura/Sawbones)/Fletcher/Rando meta. They don't want that. They want Assault/Medic/Medic/Engineer/Rando, with no specific merc fitting that role better than the others on every map. They want an organic game with shifting mercs, where pick rates are mostly even at the top level and mostly based on primary weapon instead of performance power. They want the skill in the player, not the merc, and Fragger is 100% a handicap-giving kill machine with a free double or triple every 15 seconds with no drawback.
That Fragger nerf is a very debatable move. I mean, of course you're going to find him at the top of the telemetry system since Fragger is the most popular pick among the best players. Doesn't mean that he's utterly OP.

The best players only play mercs with the clearest advantage. That's why they're chosen. When the game is about winning, you use only the best. Fragger and Fletcher are hands down the best assault/engineer mercs, which is why they're -always- played at the top.
Thank god Fragger can die to sniper shots again. He needs to be vulnerable to SOMETHING.
Keep making people mad about Proxy. One day they'll realize you can shoot the mines she drops before she does. You can also, you know, use your eyes to shoot mines before you run over them. If all you have to do is keep sprinting and then long jump when you hear the beeps, then what's the point of the mines in the first place? They're meant to be traps and they're meant to make you stop running to check for them. That's the entire point.
Keep those explosive nerfs coming. Even in 5v5 FF On, this game is nothing but explosives spamming. Just waiting for the Nader nade cooldown increase to +5 seconds per nade and -1 to total nades, now.
You literally implemented all of the major gun-change requests. BR horizontal recoil gone, shotty range decreased, Grandeur shooting 38s, FELIX shooting faster, MOA shooting less rounds.. my god, I might cry from joy.
When gunplay finally becomes the focus of DB again, I might actually play it a lot more. This is a good path, keep going down it.

Give up on Ranked
If you're pissed it hasn't changed in 10 months, you'll be even more pissed to hear it hasn't truly changed in 2 1/2 years. The only differences from S4 Ranked and OG Competitive is that leaving a match incurs harsher penalties.
So please, stop trying to play it. I don't care if you like it, I don't care if it's the only thing you play in DB, just stop. They only keep Ranked as it is because it has players. Ignore the crappy skins, ignore the shiny trinkets, ignore the cheesy little rank icon that only you get to see in your profile. As long as people play it, Ranked will not change.
Requiring 10 adults to simultaneously have 30 uninterrupted minutes is a joke and just more reason to avoid Ranked like the plague
Fix your @$!# stopwatch mode
Better idea: Stopwatch gets increasing timers that start low (exactly like Objective mode) and there's a 3 minute intermission between halves.
