Proxy Mines Apparently Doesn't get Exploded When Stacked

if proxy has 2 mines very close to each other, if one explodes, the other didnt.
saves time because you dont have to run back to put down mine on the same chokepoint.

    It's pretty much a consequence of the same bug that keeps you from destroying them with explosives. Explosives from others, and even your own explosives, can't trigger the Mine; not even another Mine. It's just another instance of the bug rearing its ugly head @GatoCommodore.
