We content-creators put a lot of work, time and effort into our creations. While we've already got the "Latest Video" thing on the Main Menu, and a showcase of some videos on the weekly Dev Video, I think an in-game place to show off fanart, drawings, physical creations and such is a must.
Perhaps a Main Menu link to an in-game 'Community' page? It could work with Steam artwork, Discord's #Community-Content and Reddit submissions under a certain flair. You could also have an integrated 'Twitch Streamers' and 'Youtube Videos' part on this page.
Also, promoting these content creators would be an awesome addition. I.e. "Check out SpanishInquisition's DeviantArt page" or "See more 3D-printed Mercs at Andarne's Instagram page!". #selfpromo
High-res Merc Renders
Some of us rely on the reference images of the Mercs, like Bushwhacker and Sparks on Artstation to complete drawings, paint models, etc. However, they're not all on there or easily accessible.
Please make high-res Merc Renders available to the community for reference.
Fansite Kit v2018
We had an amazing Fansite Kit which MissMurder linked way back when, but it's pretty outdated now.
We could sure use an updated '2018' version of it.
Things could include; high-res weapons, weapon skins, cards, Merc skins, etc. I know these are all easily accessible outside of SD, i.e. rippable from the game files, but it'd be good to get some official support.
Specifically, we need high-res transparent versions of the tri-logo & the 'Dirty Bomb' title.
High-res 3D Models
You all know me; I 3D print stuff. I've been 3D-printing the Mercs and even 1:1 scale weapons/tools from the game. However, I've had to rely on outdated software and the generosity of some awesome community members to rip the often-difficult-to-acquire models to print them off. But it's still a chore.
One of the problems I've encountered is that the models don't have proper skeletons in them to pose, or they're outdated (see old Turtle vs Obsidian Turtle). That required a bit more digging to get.
Please work out the legalities to allow us 3D-printers/animators to get easy access to the models to print/animate/pose, etc.
Twitch Drops
Twitch added a system called "Drops" that allows people streaming/watching a certain game to receive in-game loot.
Imagine watching one of the rare Dev Streams, and winning an in-game Weapon Skin or something? Or popping into lightningzor's or HenkDePenk's streams and earning loot crates? How awesome would that be!?
According to Twitch, these drops are completely customisable by the game developer. You guys could integrate Twitch Cases or special Twitch trinkets into them (ask Shoe about those 3D-printed Twitch keyrings I gave you guys).
You went ahead and put Twitch cases into the game to get more people to stream; encourage them to watch more streamers with Drops!
Dev-Video Animations
I love how the Dirty Bomb logo appears in the weekly Dev Videos, but we don't have access to them for things like Twitch Alerts, Youtube videos, gifs, animations, etc.
Please provide a pack of Dirty Bomb animations for us to use in our videos and projects.
Even some animations that haven't made an appearance in the Dev Videos would be cool. Like the Merc pages we had on the old Nexon site.
Merc Voice Lines
There's a few YouTube videos where people have combined every voice line in the game into one, long video - and other times where people (myself included) have ripped the voicelines and SFX from the game to use in our projects.
We could use a online repository where the voice lines are stored so we can download them to use in our projects. However, it'd be useful to have a transcript or description of the file - so that we don't download all 1.3GB of audio and have to search through every single one until we come across Javelin_taunt_special_03.mp3 which is the "IT DOES NOT GO LIKE A RRROCKET" line we've been looking for.
Even if it's not all voice lines, but the most popular ones like taunts, objective callouts, etc.
Just put my fanart on Fan Art Friday dammit.
(btw you should totally follow me on Twitter @MuddyGrenade_jj )
For real though if we could get like some SFM models for the mercs that would be cool. For like thumbnails and animations and shtuff.
I've commented on the reddit too, but to reinforce it: a compiled list of concept art, reference sheets and gadgets of the mercs, as well as their HQ renders. It would make our lives much easier if we didn't have to scrounge the internet for references to use for drawing.
A Theater as in Black Ops II to be able to replay recent matches. It would help to catch cheaters too.
And the return of 8v8 servers (with some improvements). Almost nobody will stream/watch CMM or Ranked as they are totally bullsh*t. Yes, a good game help a lot to get streamers...
Oh, if an inspiring creator makes things and messages on Twitch, he should probably get some feedback. I don't even know if I'm REACHING you guys when I send a message to the Dirty Bomb account.
Improvements to Spectator Mode
We need to be able to cam through things correctly, completely remove HUD elements from appearing, and also be able to have a cool map view to highlight necessary objectives and etc. This will also greatly enhance the watching quality of competitive matches that have announcers.
Improvements in-game to Networking
Not much needs to be said about this that hasn't been said already. This is a thing that will benefit all players, and not just streamers and recorders. It's infuriating to anyone to have a lag spike and end up dead because of it.
I don't care how much you've played or how good your aim is - If you haven't touched the game at least twice in three months then I see your "opinion" as hot moot.
Comments
How about some kind of SDK ? Though that's a lot of work. But I think a lot of people would be pleased to work on new maps.
Fan art wise, official 3D models would be great.

Would lile to see some people do garys mod style skits ive seen one or 2 people make db cartoon but they were kinda meh graphics
Hey look i finaly got a sig , and nothing to put here
A game capturing feature would be nice(like pubg) it would make for some amazing cinematic shots in montages.
Also it might help improving game sense.
Just put my fanart on Fan Art Friday dammit.

Lore Master?
Demo recording and playback with files that can be shared
Good demo playback controls including speed control, freecam, player tracking and camera pathing (ideally key frame spline path cameras)
Option to clear the HUD when playing back demos

Possible sponsorship or something to help content creators and streamers
