SCHEDULED HOTFIX UPDATE - DECEMBER 1ST, 2015

Dirty Bomb will be in maintenance at 17:00 UTC on December 1st, 2015, in order to perform a hotfix update. There will be a client and server update, but there should be minimal server downtime.

When:
London (GMT/UTC): 17:00 - 19:00
Los Angeles (PST, UTC -8:00): 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Sydney (AEDT, UTC +11:00): 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM, December 2nd

What:
Dirty Bomb servers and client will be updated with a hotfix update.
There should be minimal server downtime.

  • Please organize the South AM servers, they are very bad to play, others are falling. Ta giving unexpected error all the time, ta bad already playing, and when the error, some server search desaparece, PLEASE

    Hopefully this will fix the conc flash range bug.

    I'm getting tired of being flashed from across the map.

  • Well, While in Aus we might miss out on most of the streams, at least we miss out on all the planned server downtime for updates too :D

    Hot fix = Fine tunning ?
    Or the hot fix is like a smallest update ? and the Fine tunning an update that updates more content ? They might just fix 1 annoying bug and done. LIKE THE BUG IN EXECUTION THAT DON'T LET YOU MOVE AT THE START OF THE ROUND BUT YOU SPAWNED

    Hotfix is just a small update (content wise), they'll probably fix some Thunder bugs etc.
    Fine Tuning should come next week.

    Agreed, there should at least be some way of keeping a 1:1 ratio for cards on a trading while spending more credits to get them.

    The latest DB version is 55.14MB smaller than the previous one
    (They removed some blockout maps from gamefiles, so that's probably the reason why).

    Changelog:

    Thunder - Concussion Grenades
    • Removed 'cooking' from Concussion Grenades
    • Reduced fuse time to 1.6s (from 2.0s)
    • Reduced throw-cancel cooldown cost to 4s (from 8s)
    • Increased movement stun radius to 368u (from 240u)
    • Looking away from Concussion Grenades now dramatically reduces the duration of the blinding effect
    • Team-mates now receive a much shorter blinding-effect when Friendly Fire is Off
    • The duration of the blinding effect now correctly scales down over distance
    • The severity of the movement stun effect now correctly scales down over distance
    • The movement stun effect now gradually recovers over time
    • Removed the mouse sensitivity reduction from the stun effect
    • Dynamic objects like Secondary Objective doors now correctly block effects

    Bug Fixes
    • Fixed bug where the 'Welcome to Dirty Bomb' pop-up would show for existing players
    • Fixed bug with invisible ramp on Overground map
    • Fixed bug where player movement could desynchronise when using the Quick-Eye augment
    • Fixed bug where a destroyed Turret could begin firing again after being disabled by a Concussion Grenade
    • Removed several blockout maps from the game files

    Lets make the fuse time an almost impossible to countdown number by head/remove cooking so that its harder to use instead of adding a sound cue to it that everyone was asking for!

    C'mon now guys. Just remove it. No other merc ability affects friendlies when friendly fire is off but now thunder's does?
    That's so inconsistent.
